What is Choghadia Table:

Choghadia is used for finding the auspicious time to start new work , for religious ceremony and even to tie nuptial knot. It is used for any muhurat.  There are four good choghadia viz: Amrit, Shubh, Labh and Chal to begin any good or auspicious work.

Three bad choghadia are: Rog, Kaal and Udveg. Doing of any auspicious work should be avoided in this choghadia.

The time between sunrise and sunset is called day choghadia and the time between sunset and next day sunrise is called night choghadia.
